J'ai reçu un courriel provenant du Canada, et me demandant de payer 35 $ pour qu'un résumé d'un de mes articles soit mis sur leur site ! Est-ce éthique ? Chacun est libre de payer pour donner son article pour qu'il soit diffusé.. par contre, ce qui me choque, c'est que la notion de copyright n'est pas abordée… OK, ils ne veulent que le résumé…. Mon article a été publié dans une revue pour laquelle j'ai signé un transfer de copyright, et je ne peux pas diffuser l'article sans avoir l'accord de l'éditeur….
Si vous voulez des résumés dans des domaines sélectionnés, MDlinx est pas mal, et je l'utilise depuis 10 ans.
L'email provient d'un site "Pychology Progress" que je ne connaissais pas et qui est mal traduit (par des machines automatiques probablement) en 9 langues dont le français.. Mais les articles de fond restent dans les langues originales. C'est un business qui doit marcher, car l'email flatte très fortement l'égo de celui qui le reçoit…. Jeffrey Beall qui a un blog sur les prédateurs a les mêmes soupçons que moi. Jugez :
