Cette notice de rétractation, signalée par RetractionWatch, a de quoi surprendre. C’est un article de juillet 2019 qui a été rétracté en octobre 2022. C’est un travail d’auteurs chinois, et le rédacteur de Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry, ainsi que les relecteurs, n’ont pas détecté la lignée cellulaire utilisée : elle n’existe pas ! The Editor-in-Chief has retracted this article because:
- the blots for si-TUG1 MET left (OCI-LY3 cells) and right (OCI-LY7 cells) shown in Fig. 3e appear to be the same;
- there is no cell line named IM-9I.
The Editor-in-Chief therefore no longer has confidence in the results and conclusions presented. None of the authors has responded to correspondence from the Publisher about this retraction.
