Dear Editors,
I hope this email finds you in good health.  ANO

My name is Dr. Marina Vasiljeva and I represent Autonomous Non-Profit Organization Promoting the Development of Modern National Science “Publishing House Scientific review (Nauchnoe Obozrenie)”, Moscow, Russian Federation.

It is an academic publishing house that has been organizing international conferences in Russia and in the CIS countries (ex-USSR countries) for many years.

We would like to offer you to establish mutually beneficial collaboration with our company.
My colleagues and I are very much impressed by your journal index SCOPUS and we are interested to publish papers in it.

We need to publish 20-50 articles in 2018, if we will be able to come to an agreement with you upon timing and a good price for the publication of articles.

We need publications to fulfill the task of our Ministry of Education.

The articles are of very good quality. They are written by the leading scientists from Russia, Kazakhstan and the CIS countries (ex-USSR countries).

We are interested in mutually beneficial cooperation with the journal "Cahiers/Agricultures"

I would be very grateful to discuss the details of cooperation.

As to the price and terms of our cooperation, we work with various journals, index Scopus and WOS around the world. Therefore, I have good guidance on the adequate market value of the publication fees.

In view of the above quality of the articles, the following prices would be good enough for us:
– publication within 6-8 months – USD 250
– publication within 4-5 months – USD 300
– publication within 2-3 months – USD 400
– publication within 1 month – USD 500

I have been working in the system of science and education for more than 14 years and always strictly evaluate the quality of scientific research and publications. I am also the head of an academic publishing house that publishes five scientific journals in Russia. Of course, our journals are only on the way of formation and development and yet they are not indexed in the prestigious international bases, like your journal. Therefore, I fully understand your concern with the quality of the articles in your journal and can guarantee that we send only good articles to our partner journals abroad. Each article is evaluated by our members of the expert council, which works in Russia. All our experts are respected professors who publish their own articles.
In addition, you can send us clear recommendations for preparing articles for your journal. Many journals make a detailed template.
With regard to the foregoing, my proposals seem very interesting to you. You will receive ready-made high-quality articles from us and the development of your journal at the expense of the best authors of Russia and the countries of the former Soviet Union. We also work with China and a number of other countries. And besides, you will earn good money.

Best regards,

Prof. Marina Vasiljeva, CEO in Autonomous Non-Profit Organization “Publishing House Scientific review (Nauchnoe Obozrenie)”
