C'est une initiative irrégulière du NEJM, à savoir compiler des articles en un seul pdf. Il s'agit d'une collection avec les abstracts des articles majeurs de 2016 avec les éditoriaux qui les accompagnent. Le pdf complet est téléchargeable gratuitement pour quelques semaines, avec liens aux articles. Il est intéressant à parcourir et il peut être gardé en archive (à cette intention, il est ici aussi pour quand le lien NEJM sera inactif). En 2013, le NEJM avait publié une excellente série d'articles cliniques, sous forme d'un seul pdf. Cette fois-ci, début 2017, ce sont les abstracts qui sont dans le pdf, avec éditoriaux. Le pdf a 55 pages, et les thèmes sont :
